HOW TO BECOME A Real estate AGENT OR BROKER?
Real Estate is a big industry and its the basic needs from people. It's a great and fun career. We highly encourage people who has interest to real estate can get their own real estate license and join our team. Good real estate agent help people in many aspects. All you need to do is start with the license.
Must be licensed to be able to buy or sell for others.

Generally, two level of real estate license for agents: Agent / Broker
TYPES OF REAL ESTATE AGENT LICENSE
Agent license same as Real Estate Salesperson License
Must work under and supervised by licensed broker.
Suitable for people who focus on sales only
Less requirements or liability than broker
Real Estate Broker license
Managing Broker
Able to open an independent brokerage and recruit agents
Need many experiences, legal knowledge and overall ability
Suitable for people like managing people
Be legally responsible for all agents.
Higher expense
Associated broker
Work under managing broker
Less responsibility than broker but more liability than regular agent
Generally higher cost, fee or dues than agents
Finish pre-licensing education requirement (2 core course + 1 option course)
Pass the state test
Submit application and fees and Pass credit, financial and back ground check
Broker License
Finish CA BRE requirement for broker
Has a commercial business address
Min 2 year working experience in last 5 year
Required pre-licensing education (5 core courses+ 3 option courses).
Pass the federal and state mortgage broker test
Submit Company application , Broker Application and pay fees for both Company and individual.
Recruit team and staff for accounting, auditing and operation etc.
Stay in compliance with all authority regulations and laws.
All licensee will need to be renewed every 4 year
Complete continue education (CE)
Submit renew application & pass credit, financial and background check requirements
Pay renew fees
